1. Owner is responsible for transporting employees in and out of Terramar. The other option is to use Sunset Valley transportation for a fee of $100.00 U.S. per month. There will be no workers walking in / out of Sinse Valley.They must be trucked in / out at all times.
2. There will be no work started before 8:00 a.m. and no work after 5:00 p.m.Monday - Friday. Saturday hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. There is no work on Sunday’s or Holiday’s without special permission.
3. Owner is responsible for usage fee @ $250.00 per month for new construction. ($3,000.00 per year). This covers water, electricity, guard Service at the front gate and monitoring in the evenings, road usage and Repairs. This starts immediately unless agreed upon by management.
4. Bathroom / restroom facilities to be paid by owner or shared usage. This is for the builders employees.
5. Building employees must not be walking in areas, other than the construction site.
6. Employees must have I.D. badges
7. New construction area must have curtain / screened fence (Nursery Quality type) during the construction phase, until the roof is installed.
8. All boundaries and setbacks will be adhered to. You must be at least 5 Meters front and back. 3 meters side to side.
9. All accounts must be paid up to date on a monthly basis, or a $25.00 penalty fee will be added per month. This must be paid by the 5th of the month following the date of the invoice. **Example: Invoice date 25th of August would be paid by the 5th ofSeptember. |
