Building Process
you've purchased your lot and now you're ready to start building, but where do you start? The building process section will be your guide to getting you started on the construction of your new investment.

Sunset valley Provides a Set of rules and regulations to every lot owner at the time of closing for future Building of your villa.

Sunset Valley provides you with a list of Project qualified and certified Architects and Engineers.
This project Provides water and Electricity security for the construction period.


The building needs to be completed within 12 month for a single home.

We did Soil Stability Testing to ensure proper building on your lot.

All Architectural Plans, including but not limited to all Civil, Structural, Electrical and Water plans must be drawn up and submitted to the Sunset Valley project approval. Please be sure to review the covenants found below to ensure no building guidelines are violated.

The Sunset Valley Estates has been completely approved by all Government Authorities.
